Division 26 Quality Assurance ManualThe path to achieving this vision begins with our comprehensive Quality Assurance Manual (QAM) which has been developed to ensure that management and their personnel can safely and effectively deliver quality products and services which meet or exceed a client’s expectations.

The manual provides our project management team with the fundamental information they need to successfully implement the company’s Quality Management System in the following ways:

  1. Communicate company policies, practices, and procedures to personnel so they can deliver consistently high-quality products and services to our clients.
  2. Provide documented evidence that activities are being performed in accordance with regulatory requirements, drawings, client specifications and contractual obligations.
  3. Ensure personnel have all the information they need to execute their work safely, efficiently and provide records to show that these activities are being carried out with proper care, attention, and due diligence.
  4. Demonstrate the tangible benefits that occur on a project when an organized, highly functional Quality Management System is implemented effectively at all levels of project management.
